Deloitte AB has been engcon’s auditor since 2010, when Deloitte was elected by the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting 2024 resolved to re-elect Deloitte as auditor for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2025.
Jonas Ståhlberg has been the principal auditor since 2025. Prior to that, Harald Jagner was the principal auditor during the period 2022-2025, and Lars Helgesson during the period 2010–2022. Jonas Ståhlberg is, and Harald Jagner and Lars Helgesson were when they were the principal auditors, member of FAR, the accounting, auditing and advisory services industry organisation.
