Auditors

Deloitte AB is engcon’s auditor since 2010 when Deloitte was elected at the annual general meeting. The annual general meeting in 2022 elected Deloitte as auditor for the period until the end of the 2023 annual general meeting.

Harald Jagner (born in 1971) has been the principal auditor since 2022. Prior to that, Lars Helgesson (born 1960) was the principal auditor for the period 2010–2022. Harald Jagner is, and Lars Helgesson was when he was the principal auditor, member of FAR, the accounting, auditing and advisory services industry organisation.
