At engcon, we’re committed to following our guidelines, principles and applicable legislation. We want to make the early detection of signs of any malpractice in the company possible and take action against it.
Who can use the whistleblowing function?
We hope that it always feels natural to approach us directly if you notice something that shouldn’t happen. However, we understand that there may be a need for anonymity. We offer a secure and anonymous whistleblowing channel via Hailey HR. It is available to:
- Employees
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Others who need to report misconduct related to engcon
What can be reported?
The channel is primarily intended to capture serious breaches of the law, our code of conduct and similar. The reporting channel is governed by the swedish whistleblowing law (2021:890). For reports made through this channel to be covered by the law, the issues reported must be both of public interest and work-related.
Examples of issues that should be reported:
- Bribery or corruption
- Tax and customs fraud
- Unethical employment practices
- Serious forms of discrimination
- Environmental pollution
All reports will be received and addressed. However, if a report does not fall within the scope of the channel, it will not be handled under the whistleblowing process but will instead be managed through other internal procedures for investigating irregularities.
How to report?
We use an external digital service for whistleblowing through Hailey HR. When reporting, you remain completely anonymous, and cases are handled by an independent party. To submit a report of a malpractice, Click here or scan the QR-code to be redirected to our reporting channel.

In accordance with the swedish wistleblowing law, there is also the option to report concerns to authorities. Responsibility for the legislation lies with “Arbetsmarknadsdepartementet”, which provides information on which authorities are responsible for specific areas (https://www.regeringen.se/sveriges-regering/arbetsmarknadsdepartementet/).
