Remuneration to the Board
Fees and other remuneration to the members of the board, including the chair of the board, are resolved by the general meeting. At the annual general meeting on 22 March 2022, it was decided that the remuneration for ordinary board work for the period until the 2023 annual general meeting will be paid in the amount of SEK 500 000 to the chair of the board and SEK 250 000 to each other member elected by the general meeting.
Fees for work in the board committees shall be paid in the amount of SEK 70 000 to the chair of the audit committee and SEK 40 000 to the other members of the audit committee, and SEK 40 000 to the chair of the remuneration committee and SEK 25 000 to the other members of the remuneration committee.
Remuneration to board members in addition to board fees
If a board member, who is elected by the general meeting and is not an employee of the Company, performs work for the Company in addition to his or her mandate as a board member, the board member may be entitled to consultancy fees or other customary remuneration. The board shall decide whether consultancy fees or other customary remuneration shall be paid.
