05 May 2026The Annual General Meeting of engcon AB will be held on 5 May 2026 in Strömsund. Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting may submit a written proposal to anne.vagstrom@engcon.se, or to engcon AB, Att: “Annual General Meeting”, Godsgatan 6, SE-833 36 Strömsund, no later than seven weeks prior to the Meeting in order to ensure that the matter can be included in the notice of the Meeting.

27 March 2024The annual general meeting of engcon AB (“engcon” or the “Company”) will be held on Thursday 2 May 2024 at 14.00 CEST at Folkets hus, Ramselevägen 6, Strömsund, Sweden. Registration begins at 13.30 CEST. Pursuant to the provisions in engcon’s articles of association, the board of directors has resolved that shareholders may also exercise their voting right by postal voting prior to the annual general meeting.

30 March 2023The Annual General Meeting of engcon AB will be held on Thursday 4 May 2023 at 15.00 CEST at Folkets hus, Ramselevägen 6, Strömsund, Sweden. Registration begins at 14.00 CEST. Pursuant to the provisions in the articles of association of engcon, the board of directors has resolved that shareholders may also exercise their voting right by postal voting prior to the annual general meeting.
